Consular Card Application

Requirements:

• Completed application form.
• One passport size photograph.
• Anyone of the following as proof of Ghanaian nationality:
    - A valid Ghanaian passport.
    - Voters I.D. Card.
    - Ghana Card.
    - Birth Certificate (Original).

 

Note: It takes three (3) working days to issue the consular cards.

Fee: Seven Thousand (7,000) CFA
