H.E Vivian K.A Asempapa with Honourable Eric OPOKU, MP, Minister for Food and Agriculture, representing the President of the Republic of Ghana at the Africa Food Systems Forum held in Dakar from 1st to 5th September,2025. In a targeted investment forum dubbed the ‘Deal Room’, Honourable Eric OPOKU, supported by Honourable Augustus Obuadum Goosie TANOH, Presidential Advisor for 24 Hour Economy and Accelerated Export Development, other government delegates and experts, made a presentation on Ghana’s national strategy for investment opportunities in Agriculture. The Forum which was highly successful is expected to woe investors from across the globe into to accelerate the transformation of Ghana’s agricultural sector, ensure food security, create sustainable employment, and enhance economic growth by reducing import dependency while boosting domestic production and export.
